
2025 10th International Conference on Computer and Information Processing Technology
September 12-14, 2025,2025 10th International Conference on Computer and Information Processing Technology (ISCIPT 2025), jointly hosted by Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, Liaodong University, and Northeastern University, was successfully held on the campus of Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology in Fushun City. This event brought together leading scholars and research elites in the field of computer science from around the world. Through a hybrid online and offline format, it successfully delivered a high-level, high-quality, and highly engaging international academic gathering.

This symposium featured a rich and diverse program with a tightly packed and efficient schedule. The conference commenced with an opening address by Prof. Qiang Zhao Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering at Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology. Dean Zhao extended a warm welcome to all scholars in attendance, stating, “We are at a pivotal juncture in the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation. Through in-depth exchanges and intellectual discourse at this conference, we will undoubtedly advance frontier exploration and practical applications in computer and information processing technologies.” He concluded by wishing the conference every success.
The Conference was chaired by Prof. Yuanbo Shi (Vice Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering at Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology). The core program featured five compelling keynote presentations, with two experts attending in person and three overseas experts participating online. Together, they shared the latest breakthroughs and forward-looking perspectives in fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and information security, providing profound insights for attendees.

This conference invited scholars from institutions including Shenyang University of Technology, Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, Liaodong University, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, and the Information Science Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation to deliver oral presentations. The on-site discussions were conducted in a lively atmosphere.
The conference also featured an awards ceremony segment, hosted by Vice Dean Ning Jing of the School of Information Engineering at Liaodong University. Based on mutual evaluations and rigorous review by attending professors and participating scholars, three major awards were selected:
• Outstanding Paper Award (1 paper): Recognizing academic papers with outstanding contributions in theoretical innovation or technological application.
• Outstanding Young Scholar Presentation Award (2 papers): Recognizing young scholars who delivered exceptional oral presentations and demonstrated outstanding research achievements.
• Outstanding Poster Award (1 paper): Honoring participants who excelled in poster design and research presentation.
The awardees received trophies, medals, certificates, and exquisite commemorative gifts from the conference. The entire audience erupted in thunderous applause, congratulating them on their remarkable accomplishments.

At the closing ceremony, Professor Zhao Qiang, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering at Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology and Chair of the Organizing Committee, delivered the closing address. He comprehensively summarized the conference's fruitful outcomes and extended heartfelt gratitude to all attendees, presenters, paper authors, committee members, volunteers, and collaborating institutions. Dean Zhao Qiang emphasized: “ISCIPT 2025 has been not only a feast of academic exchange but also a journey of intellectual enlightenment, friendship-building, and collaboration.
